CoAction is a digital social networking platform that connects early career professionals (0-5 years of experience) to the right job opportunities and recruiters based on their unique skills, personalities and interests to facilitate meaningful connections and empower users to take control of their career journeys.

In 2023, young creative professionals are looking to form a meaningful connection to their place of work by ensuring alignment of core values and workplace culture. Mis-alignment of those leads to a feeling of dissatisfaction and disassociation of the employee and the organisation.

A 'Soul Kin' is a professional archetype assigned to each individual user. It encompasses their personality, abilities and soft skills. After answering a series of questions, the user is assigned a Soul Kin and the user can explore more about their professional strengths and weaknesses, explore organisations that align with their Soul Kin and get job recommendations.
